SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program

This is the text messaging program of Appa Capital Solutions, Inc. d/b/a FundWave Loans (“FundWave Loans,” “we,” “us”). It lets business owners who ask us about business funding receive and reply to text messages about their inquiry.

2. What messages you may receive

• Updates on the status of your funding inquiry or application
• Requests for documents or information needed to process your application
• Notices when an offer is available, and reminders about next steps
• Appointment and call-back reminders
• Replies to messages you send us (customer support)

We do not send messages that are unrelated to your inquiry. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

3. How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number on one of our forms (for example our Apply Now form, our application, or our Contact form) and clicking the submit button next to the text-message notice, or by texting us first. By doing so you agree to receive the messages described above at that number. You can see every way to opt in, with the exact notice, on our How You Opt In to Text Messages page.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding. You can still work with us by phone or email.

4. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with where your application is. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

5. How to opt out and get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and then no more.
• Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (806) 586-1275 or info@fundwaveloans.com.
• If you opt out and later want texts again, reply START or contact us.

6. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available to U.S. mobile numbers.

7. Your privacy

We do not share your mobile phone number, or your text-message opt-in and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information you give us for your application may be shared with the funding partners who process it, as described in our Privacy Policy. See also our Terms of Service.
